Create a Ticket

When in Shedbuilder there is a 'Help' button.

Selecting this button will bring up a certain modal depending on the users permissions.

  • If the user is a customer or not logged in it will display an image to help with navigating the Shedbuilder.

  • If the user has special permissions it will display a text box that says 'Report An Issue'.

    • Once submitted this will create a ticket that will appear in the Order Admin.
