Order Admin Documents¶

Shedbuilder¶

Quotes¶

Checkout: Allows the JDM user to checkout the shed from directly in the Order Admin.
- Checkout always appears for any Quote with the Status of 'Quote'.
Update Status: This button allows JDM personnel to change the status of an entry in the Order Admin.
- This button is always available.
Update Customer: Allows JDM personnel to change details about the Customer's information.
- This button is always available.
Shed Design: Redirects to Shedbuilder with a Readonly verson of the Shed Configuration that was created when the quote was Generated.
Documents: The Documents button is actually a drop down that shows additional documents that can be viewed and downloaded. The available documents change based on various criteria.
- Order Estimate: This is the document that details the Price of each line item, and details about the Shed Configuration.
  - This document is always available.
- Elevations: This document is a compilation of each of the Walls on the shed, and shows where options are placed on each wall.
  - This document is always available.
- Color Selections: This document lists all the colors associated with the shed, and where each color is assigned.
  - This document is always available.
- Structure Drawings: Like the Elevations, the Structure Drawing document is a 2D representation of each wall, but this document is concerned with the structural components of the shed.
  - This document is always available.
- Work Order: The Work Order is specific placement and color application for use by JDM personnel.
  - This document is always available.
- Price Tag: The Price Tag lists details of the shed, and the all options on the shed that have a price, and their count. It also lists various totals for the Shed.
  - This document is always available.

Orders¶

Inventory¶

Checkout: Allows the JDM user to checkout the shed from directly in the Order Admin.
- The 'Checkout' button will only appear on Inventory entries. Pending and WIP hide this button.
Update Status: This button allows JDM personnel to change the status of an entry in the Order Admin. In addition, it allows JDM personnel to update the Location the Inventory Location.
- This button is always available.
Promo Codes: This brings up a Modal with similar to the pricing panel, and lists every line item on the entry. Admins can then add promo codes to the Inventory Order.
- This button is always available.
Manage Images: This button allows the User to add custom images to the Inventory Page on JDM Structures.
- This button is always available.
Quick Estimate: This brings up a modal similar to the pricing panel, and lists every line item on the entry. Admins can then generate an estimate PDF to print and save.
