Warning

There is no way to create a ticket within the Order Admin.

Tickets are created when a user with Salesperson permissions clicks the ‘Help’ button in the Shedbuilder.

The user can submit a text entry that will create the ticket in the state of ‘Submitted.’

  • A 'Ticket' is capable of being assigned to a list of users, and a description can be written up.

  • Once addressed, the ticket can be closed.
