Price Set Rates

Price Sets in Garage Builder work nearly identical to the Shedbuilder Price Sets.

Garage Builder Modifiers

The Region modifiers are set on Garagebuilder, just like the Shedbuilder Modfiers.

The Modifiers are the same categories, but Garagebuilder accounts for the differences between the Shedbuilder Price Sets:

  • Additional Wall Heights

  • Additional Roof Pitches

  • Additional Siding Types

  • Different Widths for the Base Price Adjustment, Flat Rate and Per Loaded Mile sections

Garage Builder also adds an Adders that are required to Survey the location.

Order of Operations

Garagebuilder uses a unique Order of Operations:

  • Base Garage From BC: Garagebuilder Line Item

  • Base Garage Modifiers: Rolled Up with Base Garage

    1. Price Adjustment.
    2. Delivery (as Percent).
    3. Deliver (as Flat Rate).
    4. Deliver (Per Loaded Mile (Direct Distance From JDM Corporate to customer Address)).
    5. Margins and Commisions (Against total of base shed, adjustment and deliveries).

  • Base Garage Adders

    1. Wall Height (% of Base Garage): Garagebuilder Line Item.
    2. Pitch (price per sf * (length * width)): Garagebuilder Line Item.
    3. Siding (% of (base shed + wall height + pitch)): Garagebuilder Line Item.

  • Allowance Adders

    1. Site Visits
    2. Plan Deposits
