Default Options

Default Option Configuration

The configuration of each Default Options is:

  • Option: This is the option itself.

  • Siding Type: Some Default Options only occur on a certain siding type.

  • Wall Location: Determines which wall the option is applied to on load.

  • Included In Price: This allows the Administrator to tell the builder to include an option, but don't use its price.

  • Credit If Removed: Some Default Options can be removed or modified. This credits the amount of that option back in the 'Pricing Panel.'

  • Hide if Included: This removes the option f rom list in the 'Pricing Panel.'

  • Position: Determines the position on the wall.

Notes

Ensure that the option that being set as a Default Option is available, either by setting it as 'isDefault' or is included on either the Model or ModelSize.

  • If the option is not available, the default option will not appear when the shed is loaded.

  • In addition, the admin page will break.

Similarly, ensure that the Siding Type of the Default Option is set on the Option as well. If the Default Option Siding Type is set for an option that does not have the same Siding type, the Option will not be added when the shed is loaded.

Default Options can be applied to Shedbuilder, Bosman and Garagebuilder.
