Include/Exclude System

Include vs. Exclude

There are three components to this system:

  • Includes

  • Excludes

  • isDefault

If an option is set to isDefault, then it will be applied to every shed. If it is not set to isDefault, then no shed will be able to use the option.

The Include/Exclude lists are exceptions to the isDefault check.

  • When an option is set to isDefault, adding that option to an 'Exclude' list will hide it for that model or model size.

  • When an option is set to false for isDefault, add it to an 'Include' list, then the option will appear as available for that model and model size.

Model vs Model Size

There are two areas that an Include or Exclude can be assigned:

  • Models

  • Model Sizes

The systems work the same as described above, however the reason there are two places to assign an option as an Include or Exclude is scale. By assigning an include or exclude to a Model Size, it only applies to that Model Size. Assigning the same option to a Model Include or Exclude applies it to every Model Size in that Model.

  • This is useful when assigning options that are available only by series.
