User Interface

Order Admin is a repository of every shed, quote, and order that has gone through both Shedbuilder and JDM Outdoors.

This system JDM and approved Dealers are able to access.

Dealers and JDM employees will have different UI.

Salespeople will have access to any shed that they have worked on and any shed at their dealership.

  • If a salesperson is moved, their entries on Order Admin will move with them.

  • Anyone else who worked with the moved salesperson on specific entries will still have access to those sheds.

These two lists allow users to add locations to what they can view on Order Admin.

  • Viewable Order Locations - When assigned, allows user to see orders placed from that location.

  • Viewable Inventory Locations - When assigned, allows users to see the entries at their dealership. This is so Salespeople can assist on orders at their location, even if they were not the Primary Salesperson.

  • In order for Viewable Inventory Locations to take affect, the user's permission must be one of the following:

    • Outdoors Admin
    • JDM Admin
    • JDM Super Admin
    • Shedbuilder Super Admin

JDM level access allows those users to see everything.

Order Admin is broken into three categories:

  • Shedbuilder

    • Quotes

    • Orders

    • Inventory

    • Promo Codes

  • Garagebuilder

    • Quotes

    • Orders

  • Outdoors

    • Orders

    • Quotes

    • Saved Carts

Buttons in each section are context sensitive. Depending on the state the entry is in, different buttons will be available. For specifics, see the Order Admin Documents page in the resources section.
